Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Management of Anaphylaxis
LEVEL 2 AWARD IN BASIC LIFE SUPPORT AND MANAGEMENT OF ANAPHYLAXIS
This course is aimed at those who have a specific requirement at work, at home, or in voluntary and community activities, to provide basic life support and manage anaphylaxis when dealing with an emergency.
Successful Candidates will be able to recognise the signs and symptoms of anaphylaxis, and will be equipped with the vital skills needed to administer safe, prompt, and effective treatment
The course content is approved by he Anaphylaxis Campaign.
The course will cover:
Chain of Survival
Incident and Casualty Assessment
Managing an unresponsive casualty
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Common Anaphylaxis triggers
Signs and Symptoms of Anaphylaxis
Adrenaline auto injectors
£40.00 per person, Min group of 3 with a maximum of 12. This course can be added onto any of our training courses. Please call us to discuss this option.
An Ofqual regulated Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Management of Anaphylaxis which is valid for 1 year.
This course can be provided at First With Iain’s Training room in Bideford, North Devon for small groups or we can visit your venue or arrange a venue for larger groups.
